This cookbook was originally compiled by the Holst family in 2008, the year that Colin drown. What started as a way to remember recipes and say "thank you" to those who provided meals during their time of grieving blossomed into a 200+ page publication honoring Colin's life and the start of his legacy organization, Colin's Hope.
